WHAT I HAVE LEARNED? Activity 2: My Reflection Paper Guide Question: 1.) How did this subject change the way you view ICT? ★ My view of the ICT subject changed as I tried to study it. Because I thought it was just about studying Technology because Kopa didn't know its meaning. But it turns out to be learning about communication and gathering or getting information through Technology. 2.) 1. What are the factors you need to consider in creating an ICT Project? Answer: There are Eight (8) Key Factors to Ensuring Project success. *Business Case. Make sure there are a strong business case, that everyone can buy into, with higher level support. *Critical Success Factor. Define with the customer the Critical Success Factors, that will make the project a success. *Planning - the project manager and the project team work together to plan all of the needed steps to reach a successful project conclusion.
