1. What are the factors you need to

consider in creating an ICT Project?

Answer: There are Eight (8) Key Factors to Ensuring Project success.

*Business Case. Make sure there are a strong business case, that everyone can buy into, with higher level support.

*Critical Success Factor. Define with the customer the Critical Success Factors, that will make the project a success.

*Planning - the project manager and the project team work together to plan all of the needed steps to reach a successful project conclusion. The project planning processes are iterative in nature and it’s expected that planning will happen often throughout the project.

*Team Motivation/Mativation - motivation plays a significant role in the process of learning a language, it becomes crucial to increase flexibility through resources that facilitate learning anytime and anywhere. Practical classroom experiences have shown that motivated learners and teachers are engaged and successful when accessing ICT.

*Saying No - 

*Avoiding Scope.

*Risk management.

*Project Closure.

2. What are the difficulties you experienced while doing your ICT Project?

Answer: Headache, Lack of sleep or drowsiness and Lack of Load.

3. What kind of content that would

encourage or motivate you to participate in a call to action?

Answer: Offer something extra. Sometimes you May have to sweeten the deal to encourage users to complete a call to action. Incentives could include discounts, entry Into a competition or a free gift. Everybody loves freebies

4. How will you rate your knowledge in

creating an ICT Project?

Answer: 7/10
